Farmer Training Program:

The farmer training program aims to educate a select group of 20–25 farmers on the balanced application of fertilizers based on the findings of soil tests. The goals of this program are to raise awareness of the soil sample process and the application of balanced fertilizer based on the findings of soil tests. This aided farmers in gaining practical knowledge of scientific techniques that may be used for profitable farming. The Company’s field staff follows up frequently to address any questions and promote the use of contemporary technology for integrated farming.

The Field Demonstration Program attempts to show farmers the value of correctly applying fertilizer. For this, the farmer’s one-acre plot is divided into two equal ones: the control plot and the treatment plot. In the control plot, the farmer’s method is used.
